Thindi & Company LLP was registered on November 2021, before it was converted in to a Limited Liability Partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, we previously operated under JN Thindi & Company which was registered as a sole proprietor in 2008.

Consulting & Not-for-Profit section Partner, bringing in a wealth of experience from the NGO sector and internal controls review, a graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Strathmore University and currently pursuing masters. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and a partner at the firm.
The Tax Director at Thindi & Company LLP, and a graduate of Nairobi university with over forty- two years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning and administration tax training and organization restructuring, having worked with the Kenya Government tax Office for 12 years and as a Tax Director at PKF Kenya for 31 years. He is a member of The Kenya Association of Manufacturers Tax Committee.
The Risk Director (CPA-K) and partner designate, has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi, He is a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and also holds a Diploma in Risk Management in Finance/Banking Training from KPMG Sweden.
He has over fourteen years of experience in risk management, having worked for over seventeen years in the banking industry. He has extensive experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance management and business continuity, including setting up frameworks for the same.
